EXPERIENCE YOUR UMAMI TASTE SENSATION
Add water to the Plankton Powder and stir the whole into one smoothly hydrated Plankton Pasta. We advise you to only prepare a quantity that you need at that time. Hydrated Plankton Powder can be (covered) stored, if refrigerated, for 24 hours.

FLAVOUR ENHANCER
Umami is considered the fifth taste, in addition to sweet, sour, salty, and bitter. The Japanese word Umami means, tasty, and becomes recognized worldwide as the 5th taste.
RAW DIPS
4 tablespoons sour cream or Fat Free Greek Yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala and 1/4 teaspoon Cumin or 3/4 teaspoon Curry powder, 3 cloves Garlic, 1 tablespoon Tamari and 1 tablespoon of Plankton Pasta.
GUACAMOLE
2 avocadoes, 2 medium tomatoes, 2 cloves Garlic, 1 tablespoon Plankton Pasta, 2 tablespoons Salsa, 1 tablespoon finely chopped Onion, juice 1/2 fresh Lime and add to taste: Cayenne Pepper and Salt.
SWEET DIP
Make yourself sliced sweet Potato chips from the oven :-) + 1 Avocado, 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon of Tamari, 1 tablespoon of Plankton Pasta and add to taste: Paprika powder
smoothie
Start your day with a healthy and simple breakfast. 100g Fat Free Greek Yogurt, 50ml Soy milk or Fruit juice, 1 Mango and 1 teaspoon Plankton Powder. Or what about a Kickstart Booster smoothie?
pesto
50g fresh Basil leaves, cloves Garlic, 50g grated Pecorino, 1dl Olive oil (extra virgin) and 1 tablespoon Plankton Pasta.
fruit juice
Strengthen the taste of your favorite fresh Fruit juices and experience the Umami taste sensation on your tongue. Endlessly combine with 1 teaspoon of Plankton Powder.
dressing
75g Spicy blue cheese crumbled, 1 tin clove Garlic, 225 ml sour cream or thick yogurt. 1 tablespoon White vinegar, 20g fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon Plankton Pasta and add to taste: freshly ground black pepper.
